  2. In case if customer don’t make request within the given time period, then after 7 days (till 30 days of delivery), customer can ask to issue partial refund which will be refunded 50% of the total payment.
  3. After 30 days, if customer doesn’t make any request to issue refund then refund option is being revoked from customer and customer will be no more eligible to make any refund request.

My Work Was Incomplete or Plagiarized:

  1. If you receive work which is incomplete or plagiarized then you can ask our customer representatives to issue 100% refund within 7 days after delivery.
  2. If you are failed in submitting request within 7 days, then after 7 days, only 50% of refund will be issued till 30 days after delivery.
  3. If you are failed to submit any refund request till 30 days after delivery then no more refund request can be submitted and no refund is issued.
  4. Please note that to submit request to issue for refund, you will have to provide evidence that work is either incomplete or plagiarized. Without evidence, no refund will be issued.

I Am Not Satisfied With The Writer:

  1. If you are not satisfied with the writer, then you have option to change the writer. To make request, you can ask customer representative and you will be assigned a new writer instantly.
  2. If you want us to issue refund then if the writer has not started the work then you will be eligible to have 100% money back and if writer have started work and you have receive some part of paper then you will be issued 50% of your money. However if you have received the paper and failed to submit request for revision or refund within 30 days then no refund will be issued and no revision will be made.

I Have Accidentally Made Double Payment:

  1. If you have accidentally made double payment then don’t worry dissertationwritingmasters.co.uk is liable to refund your extra money instantly.

I Want To Cancel My Order:

  1. If you want to cancel your order then instantly contact with customer support via online customer representatives or sending email to support@dissertationwritingmasters.co.uk. If work on your order has been started then you will get 75% of your total money. However if work has been not started then you will get 100% of your money back.
  2. In the situation if work is going to be done more than half then you will get 50% money back of your total payment.
  3. In case if writer has completed your paper and after completion of your paper, you want to cancel the order then no cancellation of order request will be entertained. However you will be provided the completed paper via email.
